Our Barista Basics Course is designed for those who are beginners in coffee or for those with a very keen interest in coffee. No previous experience is required to attend. Difficulty level: 1 See guideline of the course below: Introduction to coffee The history of coffee Tamping techniques Parts of the coffee machine Parts of the coffee grinder Introduction to espresso Introduction to grinder adjustment Milk steaming introduction Espresso based drinks Practice making espresso based drinks Introduction to basic latte art Maintenance & cleaning of coffee machine and equipment The course starts at 9.30am and finishes at 3.30pm.
