2021 Riesling

Sourced from multiple vineyards across the region, this wine is the culmination of a vintage that allows for incredible acidity coupled with intense aromatics. The weather patterns in 2021 translated into a remarkable year for developing botrytis in the vineyards and afforded the ability to incorporate several of these picks into the final blend.
