Once the custom deposit is paid, we will reach out to you to start working on your custom ring If you do not move forward with the design, $400 of the deposit is non-refundable. This deposit covers (1) style design rendering in CAD, and allows for a few (~1-2) minimal tweaks to the design after initial render is complete. If you decide to go in a completely new direction for your custom piece, or want to use a different stone in the same style, additional fees will apply. CAD will take roughly 1-2 weeks from purchase/design discussion. The resin, if selected, will take another ~week. Price remainder of ring must be paid in full within 1 week of receiving CAD renders or resin <if applicable>.
