A blend of herbs known for their calming and de-stressing properties: Long yan rou, Hong Zao, Fu Ling, Mei Gui Hua, Shan Yao Similar to our soothing blend, this formula has a slightly more moving aspect. While the longan berries and red dates tonify the qi and calm the spirit the rose petals gently harmonise the blood and move the qi around the body creating the perfect blend for alleviating stress in everyday life.
