This coffee was de-caffeinated through the Swiss Water process, a chemical free process that uses water, temperature and time to gently remove caffeine while leaving the natural flavor of the coffee intact. Roasted to a medium level, expect tasting notes like brown sugar, milk chocolate, red apple, and cherry.
