Decaf done right. Coming from one of the most remote regions in Ethiopia, the Guji Zone produces some of the most sought-after coffee in the world. This coffee was de-caffeinated through the Swiss Water process, a chemical free process that uses water, temperature and time to gently remove caffeine while leaving the natural flavor of the coffee intact. Roasted to a medium level, expect tasting notes like brown sugar, milk chocolate, red apple, and cherry.
