TAWSE RIESLING VERMOUTH

Made from a base of Riesling wine from Ontario's Niagara Peninsula, a portion of the base wine was steeped with a blend of 14 botanicals, then added back to the wine, and finally fortified. Expect aromas of sweet pear, tropical fruit, white flower, fresh herbs and white pepper. On the palate is ripe sweet pear and herbs complimented by a hint of white pepper.
