This Chinese biologically controlled jasmine tea has a light yellow infusion, a distinct jasmine aroma, and a slightly fruity-bitter taste. It can be re-steeped depending on water quality. Steeping time is 1-3 minutes at 75°-80° C, using 4-5 heaped teaspoons per liter.
