Grass Fed Beef fillet steak (quick frozen, un-aged)

If you are looking for tender beef, fillet steak is the most tender of all. This product has been butchered within 2 days of slaughter and frozen immediately to reduce the development of histamine. It is more suitable for customers who wish to minimise the histamine in their diet. Please note: as this grass fed beef fillet is from rare breed Irish Moiled beef and Dexter beef the fillet will contain some fat because fat marbling is a characteristic of these two breeds which are chosen because they are suitable for regenerative farming - i.e. extensive farming which relies on natural grass grazing rather than feeding additional animal feed inputs. If you expect your fillet steaks to be entirely free of fat, this cut, from these rare breeds will not be suitable for you.
