HOW IT WORKS 1. PLACE YOUR ORDER Purchase your personalized tumbler here on the website. 2. CHECK YOUR EMAIL After ordering, you'll receive an email from Texas Heart Collection with instructions for sending: • One clear photo of yourself • The name you'd like on your tumbler 3. MEET YOUR COWGIRL 🤠 We'll create two cowgirl variations inspired by your photo and send them to you to choose from. Pick the one that feels most like YOU. 4. SEE YOUR TUMBLER BEFORE IT'S MADE Once you've chosen your cowgirl, we'll create your personalized full-wrap tumbler design and send you a digital mockup. You approve the final design before it goes into production. 5. PRODUCTION Custom tumbler orders are submitted for production on the 15th and 30th of each month. Your order will be included in the next production batch following final design approval. 6. QUALITY CHECK + SHIPPING Once your finished tumbler arrives at Texas Heart Collection, we'll inspect it for quality, package it with care, and ship it directly to you. PLEASE KNOW BEFORE ORDERING Because this is a personalized product created specifically for you, production does not begin immediately after checkout. Your photo, character selection and final design approval must be completed first.
