Additional layers of complexity are introduced through sherry casks and a subtle hint of peated whisky, all refined through a slow dilution process to achieve a mellow, rounded depth. The whisky opens with gentle floral aromas. On the palate, it reveals a soft sweetness reminiscent of yuzu bean paste, followed by a long, soothing finish with lingering notes of grapefruit and a touch of sea breeze.
