A quality waterless wash process depends on more than chemistry alone. Clean microfiber, proper lubrication, light pressure, and frequent towel rotation all contribute to a better detailing process. Use one towel for the initial cleaning pass and keep the second towel available for a cleaner finishing wipe. WHY TWO TOWELS? More clean microfiber gives you more control. Each 16” × 16” towel can be folded into quarters, giving you several working sections to rotate through as you detail. When one side becomes dirty or saturated, move to a clean section. With two towels in the pack, you have more clean working surface available before needing another towel. This is especially useful when performing a waterless wash. WHY 380 GSM? APPLY Spray enough Ceramic Waterless Wash onto the working area to provide proper lubrication. 2. WIPE Using a clean Obsidian 380™ towel, gently wipe the surface with light pressure. 3. ROTATE As dirt and residue collect on the towel, rotate to a clean section. 4. FINISH Use the second towel or a clean microfiber section for the final wipe and buff. For vehicles covered in heavy mud, sand, or significant abrasive contamination, use a traditional wash method first. MICROFIBER CARE To help maintain towel performance: Wash microfiber separately from cotton and lint-producing materials. Avoid fabric softener. Avoid dryer sheets. Use a microfiber-safe detergent when possible. Air dry or tumble dry using low heat. Store clean towels away from dirt and debris.
