Indian Workshop Chairs and Stools - Tony Hayward

In late 2025, artist and collector Tony Hayward returned to India to meet metalworkers and document their workshops. His aim was to observe and record the life of the disarmingly simple workshop chair and stool. Born out of necessity, these workshop chairs and stools are made from whatever happens to be to hand.
