What is the BK Trunk Mount Interface box? The KAA0639 is a trunk or remote mount interface box for Bendix King KNG-M and BKR9500 series mobile radios and the KAA670 Handheld Control Head. Works with: KNG-M Series Bendix King Radios BKR9500 Multiband BK Radios Why choose the KAA0639? The BK KAA0639 Interface box is used when radio body is not being mounted next to where the KAA0670 is being used. If radio is getting mounted under a seat or in a trunk is when you choose the trunk mount interface. Depending on the distance of the control head from the radio body you will choose from the following separation cable options: 8' KAA0635, 17' KAA0636, or 25' KAA0637 *please note these are special order so allow for 4-8 week lead times
