Hat Bar Reservation
Welcome!!! We are so excited to have your group join us to design the most fabulous custom hat! We always welcome walk-ins! Bookings are only encouraged to help accommodate larger groups (up to 15 people) as we want to ensure dedicated service and eliminate wait time! Appointments are available for booking up to 60 days in advance. Remember, the number for your reservation is not how many people there are...it's how many people we need to provide a service for! If you have any unsure participants in your group, we advise you include them in the number of your booking so that we don't understaff for your group. If a time is unavailable on your desired day/weekend, we still highly encourage your group to come in! What to Expect Guests will be guided through our hat bar experience, accessories, and pricing. A hat stylist will help you find the perfect fit and hat style for your head size, face shape and all the things! From there the experience will be led by our teams combined creativity and your personal preferences —whether that includes accessories, branding, customization, custom hat bands and all the other fun things we have to offer! Important Details A $20 Hat Bar Reservation Fee per participating customer will be required at checkout to reserve your party’s time block. Your RESERVATION includes: A dedicated stylist for your group Accessory or Hat Branding (a $30-$50 value) on any in-store purchase during your reservation time The reservation fee will not be applied towards merchandise or any other in-store purchase. Common Questions- Q: What If I pay the $20 and don't find a hat that fits? Or a hat I love? A: Sad! We always hope to help everyone find something dreamy; however, it happens. The good news is we brand & laser engrave MANY things beyond hats. We have many leather goods and beyond, offered in our store for you to purchase in order to redeem and enjoy the personalized branding experience. Q: What If we have a group of 10, but only 8 want to commit to the "hat making process". Do we book for 10? Or 8? A: We recommend booking for all that are committed to putting down the $20 deposit. If the others in the group decide to participate, then they may. They just won't receive the benefits of the discounted branding! However, it is always best to ensure we have the proper staffing and time blocked off for the entire group size, so that we can best accommodate!! Changes to Reservation Changes to your reservation may be made through the confirmation email up to 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. Reservations fees are based on the original party size at time of booking, adjustments or reductions in guest count will not result in money back. Additional guests may be added prior to the event and will be charged separately. Cancellation Policy Cancel 72+ hours before your appointment for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours of your appointment will be eligible to receive store credit. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the reservation fee and cancellation policy.
