Winemaker Chris Groenewald takes you on a journey with these wines – big non-vintage blends of naturally fermented grapes aged in various vessels from old barrels, to clay, glass demijohns and everything in between. With zero addtions (only minimal sulphur at bottling), these wines are truly a masterclass in blending. The resulting wine is crunchy and bright – raspberries and pink peppercorns, bramble fruit and plums, with a touch of candied fruit that brings much joy! A new GWGP favourite – especially for the price!
