An Elul Painting Journey — Preparing for Rosh Hashanah 2.5 hours • Live on Zoom Replay Available Sunday, September 6th, 2026 1 PM (New York) • 8 PM (Israel) Elul is a season for cheshbon hanefesh — an honest look at where we've been, what we're ready to release, and who we're becoming in the new year. In this live, guided session, we'll use meditation, reflection, and intuitive painting to explore letting go, returning to our natural state, and making space for what wants to emerge. You do not need to consider yourself an artist. All parts of you are welcome — the lights and the darks, the whole full spectrum. This is a space to listen inward, and return. Sacred Cycles classes are open to men and women.
