This is a 2kg food service tub of our Caramelised Onion Relish, the same slow cooked small batch recipe as our retail jars, in a plain foodservice pail. Not your typical sweet onion jam: deep, smoky, balsamic notes with a sweet (but not too sweet) finish and generous chunky cut onion.It is the biggest size we make, offered to retail customers who simply cannot get enough: the equivalent of six 330g jars for less than half the price, around 80 serves at about 69 cents a serve. Perfect for big households and anyone whose burgers, steak sandwiches and pizzas empty jars too quickly.
