TASTING NOTES: - Caramel - Toffee - Vanilla Bean DETAILS: - Made with real vanilla beans - Vegetarian DIMENSIONS: - 3 flowers, each 1" x .25" INGREDIENTS: Single-origin cocoa butter, whole milk powder, sugar, vanilla bean PROCESS: Our house-made caramelized white chocolate is made from scratch in our Portland café. To caramelize the white chocolate, we sous vide it for several hours, then temper and mold the chocolate by hand.
