How to Use For Warmth: Heat for up to 1 minute 30 seconds in a microwave. Reduce the heating time for higher-powered microwaves. If further heating is required, heat in short intervals without exceeding the recommended maximum heating time. If your wheat bag is used regularly, lightly mist the fabric surface with clean water before heating. Do not soak it. Ensure the wheat bag can rotate freely on the microwave turntable. Never leave the microwave unattended while heating. Carefully check the temperature before placing the wheat bag against your skin. Children should always be supervised by an adult when using a wheat bag, and the temperature should be checked carefully before use. Allow the wheat bag to cool completely before reheating. Never heat for longer than the recommended time. Only use a heated wheat bag for direct application to the body.
