2025 Liebling Riesling

LINGARD VINEYARD, ST. DAVID’S BENCH, NIAGARA-ON-THE-LAKE Our Riesling grapes are sourced from the Lingard Vineyard on the St. David’s Bench, a small ten-acre vineyard – this vineyard benefits from slightly warmer temperatures in spring and a cooler ripening season resulting in robust and flavourful wines. Grapes were harvested on October 4th, 2025 from vines that are 15+ years old. The wine was made in a Pied de Cuve style resulting in a fresh, crisp Riesling that is full of the traditional apple, citrus and tropical notes with nice acidity and subtle sweetness for a balanced mouth-feel.
