The ideal summer wine. Bursting with strawberries, with great length and balanced acidity. It's a sunshine wine that begs to be popped at your picnic. Fun and fresh, but got enough to it to be sipped alongside food. 100% Rondo Grapes harvested from Avonleigh Organic Vineyard Grapes were direct pressed to a stainless-steel tank for fermentation and ageing on the fine lees. Wild fermentation No fining or filtration Only 480 bottles made The grapes naturally have inky colour in their skins so they’ve given a brilliant ruby hue to the wine. It’s totally dry and delicious. If you’re usually a pale rosé drinker, don’t be afraid to give it a try!
