Jalapeño Popper Pizza

ROASTED JALAPEÑOS CREAM CHEESE CHEDDAR CHEESE DEEP FRIED CROUTONS MOZZARELLA & PROVOLONE WOOD FIRED CRUST This is not designed to be eaten for supper, rather it's meant for you to whip out for movie night or when a distinguished and/or drunk guest is in your home. I roast a heap of fresh jalapeños and fold them into whipped cream cheese with a little garlic & onion, cheddar cheese. Layered onto a wood fired crust and topped with more cheese and some deep fried croutons to give it that 'just out of the fryer' feel. Share this one. No individual person should consume this much cream cheese in a single sitting, even though I know in my heart a few of you are going to try. NOTE: This batch isn't that spicy. Later season jalapenos will melt your face off, so if you'd rather have the more mild version of this popular pie, grab one of these.
