Melodi Apéritif Français

Melodi is a modern French apéritif built for the spritz. Made in Segonzac, in the heart of Grande Champagne, it is our own contemporary take on Pineau des Charentes – the oak kept restrained, the fruit vivid and out in front. No added sugar, no colouring, sulphite-free and vegan, from the house behind Hermitage Cognac, IWSC Brandy Producer of the Year 2021. Serve it well chilled, or better still as the Melodi Spritz: 70ml over ice, topped with tonic, a teaspoon of good balsamic, a pinch of sea salt and a thin slice of lemon. An easy 5.5% in the glass – ripe, gently sweet, bitter, savoury and crisp all at once. And unlike fizz, an open bottle keeps happily in the fridge for months
