The star from the a set of natural wine tastings we did in October 2022, this is a light red/dark rosé fizz from Burgenland, Austria. A blend of Blauburger and Roesler, this is a light sparkling with bright red fruit and a perception of sweetness, though the wine is dry. Sour cranberries, ripe strawberries, a hint of vanilla pod - cherry cola-esque. Satisfying and moreish. The presentation is sensational too: cool label, even sexier bottle, and that colour! Vegan. Be brave and try to pair with a pudding - nothing too sweet!
