Condition: New old stock core and body This custom ASSA Twin Combi "Snowman" cutaway is mounted in a Kaba 312 padlock body, pairing a new old stock core with a new old stock body. This beautiful combination was cut away with picking practice in mind, opening up the Combi mechanism for viewing while keeping the lock fully functional. The lock remains functional and can be picked. Careful, gentle handling and light tension are recommended to preserve the lock and maintain proper operation. It is well suited for picking practice, study, and display. Jordan the Locksmith is a full-time locksmith and custom cutaway maker. He has been picking locks since around 2010 and has worked professionally as a locksmith since 2017. Jordan began making cutaways in 2019 as a way to better understand lock mechanics and improve his own picking, starting with simple hand tools before moving into more precise mill work.
