2024 Riesling Salon des Bains

Type: White Vintage: 2024 Grape variety: Riesling Country: France Appellation: Alsace The Riesling "Salon des Bains" is made from 30 years old vines, rooted on granitic and sandy soils and grown amongst grass. Unfiltered and aged at least 10 months in century-old oak barriques. The bouquet is fresh, delicate, with floral hints and fruity aromas of citrus and pear. The taste is elegant and refined, very fresh and fruity, with nice minerality. Pairs wonderfully with fish and will go well with creamy sauces.
