Güeyu Mar Grilled Red Tuna (Neck) 150g

Güeyu Mar have outdone themselves again with the highest quality, wild red tuna from Almadraba. A very rare, thick neck cut (collar) of tuna, chargrilled with holm oak and canned in Arbequina de Castillo de Canena Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Like nothing we've tried before, this truly is something decadent. It is tender, rich and succulent with a smooth tflavour that carries the taste of the chargrilling. If this doesn't alter your perception of tinned fish, nothing will! We heated it up, just a little mind you, and it was like something out of a top Japanese restaurant. Outstanding. A rare treat.
