The Yoder Smokers Loaded Wichita Complete Stainless Steel Cooking Grate Set replaces the full carbon steel expanded metal grate system on the Loaded Wichita with a complete 304 stainless steel round bar cooking platform. The set includes the two-piece modular upper grate and all four main-level lower cooking grates, converting the entire cook chamber to 304 stainless steel construction in a single upgrade. The two-piece upper grate features a modular design that allows the front section to be removed independently for access to the lower cooking surface without interrupting the cook. The four lower grates span the full main cooking chamber and are individually removable for cleaning and maintenance. All grates are constructed from solid 1/4-inch 304 stainless steel round bar.
