Sholi began as a woman's cooperative ater the genocide of 1994. They continue to have coffeess steeped in helping their members while expanding their community give back. With deep, rich fruity notes, the sweetness of this coffee cannot be matched. The members are meticulous about their coffee–from cherry selection to post-harvest processing to immaculate storage–and their consistently high-scoring lots are a result of consistently high efforts.
