A superstar 'colab' of sorts; Robert Hill-Smith (Yalumba) joining forces with Clare winemaker extraordinaire, Jeffrey Grosset, to create a new Eden Valley Riesling. Personally I think this is the most under-rated Riesling in Australia & have had a great track record cellaring out to 10 - 12 years. "A collab between two of the finest wine blokes you could find – Jeffrey Grosset and Robert Hill-Smith. Pale straw in the glass with aromas of freshly squeezed lime juice, green apple and fleshy white peach. Hints of Christmas lily, citrus blossom, crushed stone and lemongrass.
