Some light sanding may be required for proper installation. Inspect the Exact-I-Cut hole in your table saw for corrosion or debris. Clean thoroughly with a non-woven Scotch-Brite pad if needed. If the fit remains too tight, lightly sand the perimeter of the new insert. Check fit frequently during this process. Aim for a snug, pressure-fit where the plug requires gentle tapping to install. To prevent damage, cover the plug with a wood block and tap gently with a mallet until flush with the table surface.
