Bratwurst style sausages, made with wild caught, sustainable seafood. Net Weight 300 g (10.6 oz) Features Gluten free Low in calories Pan fry or grill in 7-8 minutes Ingredients Wild Salmon (Coho, Keta or Sockeye), Water, Sea Salt, Herbs and Spices, Canola Oil, Lemon Zest, Yeast Extract, Lemon Oil. Directions Thaw sausage prior to cooking. GRILL: Barbecue or pan fry for 7 to 8 minutes over medium-high heat. For pan fry use 1 tsp. oil. Turn frequently. OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Place sausages on a greased tray and cook for approximately 25 minutes. Cook sausages to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
