The artPAKK® system provides a highly sustainable, reusable, and scientifically sound alternative to single-use bubble wrap and plastic film for the transit and temporary storage of framed works, textiles, and artifacts. Engineered specifically to withstand the demands of museum moves, gallery transit, and heritage storage, these bags significantly reduce wrapping workflows while drastically minimizing single-use plastic waste. Each artPAKK® is constructed from three distinct layers bonded together to form a consistent, shock-absorbent 6mm protective barrier. The structural edges are securely stitched with heavy-duty fabric bindings to eliminate edge-splitting and prevent sharp frame corners or hardware from piercing the envelope. Designed to function cleanly without commercial adhesive tapes, the bags feature an integrated internal Velcro® closure system that ensures a secure seal time after time.
