Our hand prepared, air-dried artisan beef biltong is made from an authentic South African recipe developed by the Low family in South Africa. Factor in the rich beefy taste, soft texture and high protein, and you can see why it is such a satisfying savoury and natural snack. It's also Gluten Free! Crafted in the UK, with the big authentic taste of South Africa, we use succulent marinated beef silverside cuts of meat that are air-dried and sliced.
