When no one came forward to claim him, a rescue stepped up to save him. He was rushed to a clinic where X-rays revealed multiple fractures to Casper's pelvis and dislocated hips. The medical team believe he was struck by a vehicle. Without surgery, he may never walk or run again and risks a lifetime of pain.
