Sublime No. 5 Garlic and Herb Butter (90g)

A classic combination done properly. Sublime No. 5 is grass-fed British butter blended with garlic, lemon juice, parsley, thyme and a touch of sea salt and white pepper. Rich, mellow and versatile, it works across almost anything you put in the pan or on the grill. Melt over fresh scallops in the half shell, stir through pasta, use as a baste for roasting fish or chicken, spread onto bread before toasting, or finish a steak straight from the pan. The garlic is present but not overpowering, and the herbs give it a rounded, savoury depth that makes it one of those things worth having in the fridge at all times.
