K4 Hinge Unit Replacement Brass Bushing The bushing is designed for installation in the hinge unit of the K4 sharpening system. It provides smooth movement of the guide rod with the abrasive holder inside the hinge unit, eliminating play and binding. To install the bushing in the hinge unit body, use a 2 mm hex screwdriver. Once the set screw makes contact with the bushing, turn the screwdriver an additional 30–40° clockwise, but no further. Warning! Overtightening the set screw may deform the bushing. Any deformation of the bushing's cylindrical shape will render it unsuitable for further use. Warning! This bushing is compatible only with the hinge unit of the K4 sharpening system.
