Original Chilli Crisp

A mild oil-based drizzle to add a warm umami heat for finishing a wide range of foods such as salads, eggs or noodles. Mild Guizhou peppers, including erjingtiao, slow-roasted for their sweet, rich flavour, are mixed with deep-fried alliums and fermented black beans for crunch. The blended aromatic infused oils add a sweet, smoky, lingering warmth.
