The 2025 release is a 5-year Bourbon that is finished for a minimum of 8 months in a combination of Port, Cognac, Sherry and Armagnac barrels. Aged 5 Years ABV: 50.5% 101 proof Limited Production: 6,000 Bottles Tasting Notes: On the nose, this whiskey displays aromas of chocolate-covered cherries and candied orange. Once sipped, fruit flavors of orange and cranberry relish explode on the palate before revealing dark fruit notes of plums and figs. The finish is long with hints of cherry cola, vanilla and chocolate raisins.
