Antique Victorian Sterling Silver 11" 'Heart' Photo Frame 1898

This is a fabulous quality antique Victorian sterling silver photo frame measuring 11" (29 cms) tall x 9" (23 cms) with the heart shape opening measuring 6 1/2" (17 cms) x 6" (15 cms) at it's widest points. It's hallmarked for London 1898 with the silversmiths mark for William Comyns. It is covered in bold repousse decoration showing cherubs and birds with a blank cartouche at the top and is one of the best frames we've ever had. It has a dark blue velvet backing and stand which is nice and strong and the whole item is in excellent condition and ready to use. This frame will come with a certificate of authenticity.
