Energique's Methylfol contains Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate) 2 mg Folate (as L-5-Methyltetrahydrofolate Calcium) 680 mcg DFE Vitamin B 12 (as Methylcobalamin) 1,000 mcg. Other ingredients: Xylitol granular, Crospovidone, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, natural flavors, and silicon dioxide. Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, adults one tablet daily or as directed by a health professional. Chew tablet and allow to dissolve in mouth, then swallow. Do not swallow whole.
