Weave Artisan Usage & Care The Kantarines weaves are upcycled commercial polyester scraps made by our partner weavers in Abra, Ilocos Norte. The Kantarines has a linen-like feel that features stripes of various widths and playful colors combinations giving the fabric its character. The Kantarines weaves are traditionally used as tapis or wrap-around skirts by the women in Abra. Colors may vary slightly from the photo. Material content may also vary depending on the community that wove the fabric.
