Fresh harvests in as little as 4–7 days No soil required Compact and easy to use Grow several varieties at once Ideal for kitchens, apartments, and small spaces Rich in flavour and a great addition to everyday meals How to Use Spread a thin, even layer of sprouting seeds across one or more growing trays. Rinse the seeds thoroughly with fresh water. Stack the trays onto the water reservoir and fit the lid. Add fresh water to the top tray so it filters down through all levels and collects in the reservoir below. Empty the reservoir and rinse the sprouts once or twice daily with fresh water. Keep the sprouter at room temperature, ideally between 18–22°C, away from direct sunlight. Continue rinsing daily until the sprouts reach your preferred size. Harvesting & Storage Most sprouts will be ready to harvest within 4–7 days, depending on the variety and growing conditions. Once harvested, rinse and drain thoroughly before use.
