6:30 PM - 9:30 PM | HG Walter, Barons Court Join us for an evening dedicated to the craft of beef butchery at our Barons Court shop. Our expert butcher will show you how to break a hind quarter down into primals and prep your rib of beef, which you will take home with you. Once the butchery is complete, our Head Chef Lee, will start serving a selection of canapés, followed by a three-course dinner celebrating the very best of British beef. Expect picanha grilled over charcoal on the Big Green Egg, côte de boeuf served with our award-winning steak sauces, and a delicious dessert to finish. This immersive masterclass combines expert tuition, exceptional food and the opportunity to learn from the team behind one of London's leading butchers. You'll leave with new skills, a full belly, and a beautifully prepared rib of beef ready to cook at home. Places are strictly limited, so book early to secure your spot.
