If either day is sold out don’t be shy about ordering for the other day, we’d love to bring you pizza! Saturday is for pickups at our Sodo Production Kitchen (3810 Airport Way S, 98108) from 12pm-4pm. Tuesdays we deliver to West Seattle/Burien/White Center/Seatac and Bellevue/Kirkland/Redmond/Mercer Island. It's fun to bring this one back when it seems everyone you know has skipped town--if you're here close your eyes; this “Staycation” pizza will have you feeling the sun on your skin and the crash of waves echoing in your ears. A firmly Americana (or Canadiacana?) riff on “Hawaiian” pizza. Little bit of sliced ham, some lovely hand cut pineapple, and pickled jalapeños to add zip. Let’s do it. Flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Water, Tomatoes (plum tomatoes, tomato juice, fresh basil leaf, salt, citric acid), Mozzarella (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes), Ham (ham, water, honey, salt, potassium lactate, corn syrup solids, brown sugar, sodium phosphate, sodium diacetate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite), Pineapple, Jalapenos, Parmigiano Reggiano (milk, salt, rennet), Olive Oil, Vinegar, Salt, Sugar Manufactured in a facility that processes wheat, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, egg, soy, and other allergens.
