Sori Yanagi Fruit Knife
Product Description These knifes are made one at a time by a craftsman using a press machine to form them. A versatile knife, that comes in handy for fruit and soft cheeses. Sori Yanagi was born in 1915, son of Soetsu Yanagi, Japanese Folk Crafts Museum founder. With a background in both and architecture, he was central in Japanese postwar industrial design.
