Nan Jiang Xiang 南薑香
Terroir: Bai Shui Hu, Feng Huang Shan Vintage: Spring 2024 I’ve been wanting you to try this tea forever! And finally, a vintage to properly introduce this cultivar. The name means galangal in Chinese and it pretty much sums it up! It’s less candied and floral than Jiang Hua Xiang, but spicier and more herbaceous. It’s aromatic and silky with well layered tannins that’s more tingling than grappling.
