The Solid State Battery Split Cell Test Kit is designed for charge/discharge tests of various solid-state or semi-solid-state electrolytes such as halides, sulfides, and other materials under pressurized conditions. The kit can be easily sealed in an inert atmosphere—critical for air-sensitive materials such as sulfides, LLZO, and lithium metal. Features Unique threaded and O-ring design provides excellent sealing An external metal frame constructed from stainless steel ensures consistent pressure throughout the testing process Compact mold design and easy assembly. Convenient for assembly in glove boxes and high-throughput testing; can be transferred outside the glove box after assembly Separate leads for positive and negative electrodes Simple operation, compact size, easy to disassemble and assemble, and fully reusable Pressure tolerance up to 500 MPa (1000 MPa available) PEEK insulation with optional ceramic lining Addon Pressure sensors can be incorporated into the frame to monitor the pressure during the charge and discharge. The pressure is recorded with the battery testing software. An 8-channel pressure auxiliary tester is needed.
