Our quarterly team endurance challenge. A cardio fitness competition testing participants’ cardiovascular capacity and endurance in a head-to-head format. 3 team mates, 3 machines. Date: Wednesday, September 2nd. Time: 6:30pm – 9:30pm Location: LIFELAB KAFD Includes: • Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. • Networking session. • Lite bites and refreshments throughout the evening.
