Why this bundle is useful The Protein Breakfast Plan is the full morning kit: one Formula 1 meal replacement shake, one Protein Drink Mix, one mango Herbal Aloe Concentrate, and one Instant Herbal Beverage. Nothing here is a programme on its own — it is a convenient way to start the day with products you will actually use. How it is used A typical weekday looks like this. Formula 1 shake with Protein Drink Mix Give both canisters a gentle shake; the powder can settle. Add two scoops (26 g) of Formula 1 and two tablespoons (28 g) of Protein Drink Mix to a shaker or blender. Pour in 250–300 ml cold water. Shake or blend until smooth. A few ice cubes are optional. Enjoy as a meal replacement shake at breakfast, or at lunch or dinner if that suits your day better. You can also mix Formula 1 with 250 ml cold semi-skimmed milk, or 250 ml fortified soya drink, without PDM, as the Formula 1 label allows. Instant Herbal Beverage Stir ½ teaspoon (about 1.7 g) into 200–250 ml hot or cold water. A typical day is one or two cups — for example with breakfast, or as a mid-afternoon cup. This drink contains caffeine. Keep an eye on your total caffeine from tea, coffee and other sources, and follow the notice on the label. Herbal Aloe Concentrate (Mango) Shake the bottle well. Mix 1 tablespoon or 1½ capfuls (15 ml) with 120 ml water for a single glass, or 8 tablespoons (120 ml) in a litre jug. Keep the bottle in the fridge after opening, and refrigerate any drink you have already mixed. Eat your other meals as usual. Follow the labels on each product.
